Meet Amer Ramic – General Manager
From Europe to Texas
Amer Ramic, CGP, MCGP, MEP, joined Stuart Margol Companies after moving from Europe to Texas in January 2000. With a background in commercial construction, Amer also had a strong interest in residential remodeling and client collaboration. Starting in an entry-level role, he quickly demonstrated exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Rising Through the Ranks
Adapting to American construction standards, Amer advanced to Project Manager and then General Manager. Today, he oversees project design, cost estimating, scheduling, and delivery. His expertise is built on years of hands-on experience, ongoing education through construction seminars, and a genuine passion for the industry.

Stuart Margol holds national certifications and has earned both national and local awards for his work. He is accredited by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as a Graduate Master Builder (GMB), a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), and a Registered Professional Builder (RPB). He also served on the board of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and holds the NARI Certified Remodeler (CR) designation.

Stuart has built a nationally recognized reputation for quality craftsmanship and innovation. He served on the Board of Directors of the Homebuilders Association of Dallas for eight years and was President of the Custom Builders/Remodeler’s Council throughout that time. He was also the first Texas contractor to win NARI’s National Contractor of the Year award twice, in addition to receiving three Contractor of the Year honors from the NARI-Dallas Chapter.

He launched his company in 1980 as a homebuilder, shifting his focus to remodeling in the mid-1980s.
