The Remodeling Process
Planning
We begin by meeting with you to discuss your needs. If you choose to proceed, we will create preliminary drawings at a nominal fee and provide an approximate cost estimate. If these meet your approval, detailed scaled plans and an exact cost will be provided for contract signing.
Budget
We carefully consider your remodeling plans during estimating. After contract signing, there are no extra charges for the original plan. If unforeseen costs arise, you won’t be charged. Additional requested work beyond the contract is billed at cost plus 21%.
Supervision
Every project at Stuart Margol Companies is guided by a dedicated Project Manager. Your Project Manager ensures that every detail is executed correctly and on schedule. From the moment work begins, they will visit your home daily to address questions, coordinate the team, and keep the project moving smoothly and efficiently.
Time
Your project finishes on time—and often faster—thanks to our fast-track method, used in new construction. Multiple specialized crews work simultaneously, not one general crew handling tasks sequentially. This approach ensures higher-quality workmanship and speeds up completion by coordinating expert teams to work together efficiently in your home.
Construction Technique & Quality Materials
We use advanced materials that most contractors avoid unless requested, ensuring your home is comfortable and energy-efficient. Our cutting-edge results—both functional and beautiful. Before painting, we invest nearly half the paint budget in thorough caulking and puttying for lasting finish quality. Master electricians and plumbers handle their trades with expert skill. By maintaining high standards and never cutting corners, we create homes that stand the test of time. When you decide to sell, buyers will recognize the exceptional quality.

Warranty
We provide a written one-year warranty covering all materials and labor.
